This grounding activity is fantastic to collectively establish different strategies your children can turn to if they find themselves becoming overwhelmed or having a particularly anxious day.
Equipped with over 60 grounding techniques/strategies, you can print out, cut out and discuss which techniques your child would like in their pack, which ones work for them that they can turn to in times of need.
These cards can then be hole-punched and connected using a keyring, treasury tag or just a piece of string so your child can take their techniques with them wherever they go!
