A Check-in is your very first session with us. 

What do I need to do once I have bought my Check-in?

Once you purchase your first session, you will be shown a link to 'Complete your Self-Referral'. This is an online, accessible form that will notify us that you have referred. Please complete this form in as much detail as you can.

When we receive this, our team will review your information and get in touch with you to book the first session.
